It is a safe assumption to conclude that Nigeria is dominated by Non-Vegetarians, with beef constituting a larger chunk of the animal protein consumed owing to its general acceptability irrespective of ethnical and religious sentiments that often plagues the acceptability of other animal protein source like Pork.
